The mediation actions for schoolchildren can take different forms such as workshops, presentations, initiations to baroque instruments or educational concerts. We are able to propose different formats, while preferring to co-construct with the school’s teaching team to best meet the educational demands and your specific needs.

The mediation actions generally last between 45 minutes and 1h30 depending on the age of the students, the demand of the activities and the desired interaction. Each action starts with an introduction of the musicians, their instruments and their specificities.

This introduction can constitute a workshop in itself, followed by a time of exchange, questions and answers with the artists. This presentation of the instruments allows the students to hear them, separately and together, and allows them to become familiar with the baroque sounds while discovering their specificities (wood, gut strings, fragility…). The artists can also accompany the students in learning active listening: to be present while listening, to recognize or identify certain things in the music… all this can be learned!

The actions can be punctual or thought in cycle. Within the framework of an intervention cycle, it is possible to propose to the students a practice of the baroque repertoire, in particular through singing.

Whether it is following an intervention or a cycle of exchanges, we are always delighted to highlight the restitution of the students.
